What Investigators Say Happened

According to an official on scene, a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed struck two other vehicles in the eastbound lanes of I-26 near the College Park Road interchange.

The force of the impact ejected the at-fault driver through the windshield, and that driver came to rest on the interstate.
